Providing basic health services in Pakistan
Welcome to
The Medical & Humane Services Foundation was established by Dr. Ashraf Meelu in 2001. The basic purpose of the foundation is to provide health services to individuals in his home village in Pakistan.
Pakistan is a developing country with very fractured and costly health services, especially in rural areas like District Sialkot, Pakistan, where Dr. Meelu is from. There were no medical services in his own village or the surrounding area. This critical deficiency is what spurned Dr. Meelu to establish a hospital at his village of Aslam Pur (Khrolian Uchian).
The Medical and Humane Services Foundation is a beacon of hope for countless individuals in need in Pakistan. Dedicated to improving lives, the foundation has made remarkable strides in providing essential medical care, housing, and financial assistance to impoverished communities. Through its unwavering commitment to humanitarianism, the foundation has transformed lives and uplifted entire communities.
Some of our most proud accomplishments include:
District Sialkot is a highly populous area. There are 10 villages in the three mile radius with a population ranging from 3,000 to 4,000 in each village. Patients even come from a distance of 10 to 15 miles away to access the foundation’s services.
